I stand in front of you my dear friend
Shading you from the summer heat
Not letting you to burn black
But you ignored me and flew away

I sat beside you my dear friend
Only to give company seeing you alone
To keep you awake from the mundane life
But you ignored me and flew away

I leaned on you my dear friend
With full trust for our togetherness
Expecting your golden motivation
But you ignored me and flew away

I gazed at your eyes my dear friend
To help you overcome the oceans of tragedy
To make your life more meaningful
But you ignored me and flew away

I walked behind you my dear friend
Following your magnificent footsteps
To glorify our beautiful past history
But you ignored me and flew away

I cared you my dear friend
Believing friends are meant to be forever
Sacrificing my time for your benefit
But you ignored me and flew away

I missed you everyday my dear friend
With cherishing past memories
Letting me smile every steps of my life
But you ignored me and flew away

I wave you goodbye now my friend
My hopes are all burned to ashes
How can I prove, the old is gold???
        I am flying away!
