For a long time,
men haven't considered me,
not even as an option.
I outgrew the ones from the past,
and I didn't live up to those of the future.
I learned to solve crossword puzzles,
but not people.
And I really need someone
to watch my thighs get old
and think:
"She is quite a catch,
and she's mine!"

Muškarci me odavno
ne uzimaju u obzir,
ni kao opciju.
Prerasla sam
one iz prošlosti,
a nisam dorasla
onima iz budućnosti.
Naučila sam rješavati
križaljke,
ali ne i ljude.
A tako mi treba neko
ko će gledati
kako mi butine stare
i pritom misliti:
''Baš je komad,
i moja je.''
