Why should we just hope 

Wait to dream of a new day?

And why should we wander in dreams of hope?

Why should we wait for the night to fall asleep 

and the day to wake up from its deep sleep

For the red dawn to appear 

with a song to seek a peaceful day 

Should we live in hope for a new

more beautiful day 

And why only hopes, where is reality 

where is life

Where are the promises?

Do we have to chase dreams

swim and we are not all of us swimmers 

with hope within us for some different new day
