A Starless Night .. Dusmanta Choudhury

 

Wandering lonely in a starless night
Found the earth,like a plant in blight
Made the God,a shade on the earth
As dark as the closed eye's worth

Now and then,I poured in my heart
The whispers of God, the soul's art
Tied the mankind,in a deep slumber
Reviewed the acts of man's lumbar

Why is the life, why is the living ?
Why sends God, lives for sieving
All that's best from good and bad
Why feels man, to act as iron clad

Ravishing is life,with dazzling globe
Why then darkling with a black robe
Mystery is it, God hides the reason
So in deep dark,whispers he to man

Feebly the moon dreams in slumber
Perhaps a tiny death, by God's order
Stars left the sky, finding no moon
Is it my dream stroll or a living tune?
