Back can handle, but can the heart?

I’ll easily carry a burden that is heavy,

but my soul absorbs and feels strongly.

I can't hide it, that pain hurts more badly.

I have strength in movements,

but weakness in the eyes.

They are betraying me and say aloud

whatever I remain silent,

whatever I want to hide,

all what I keep quiet

because I'm too proud.

But life is dance.

If you don't know steps,

you have no chance.

That's why I'm catching the rhythm,

therein lies all the wisdom.

One step left, one step right,

life is sometimes dark and sometimes bright.

Ples sa životom

Leđa mogu podnijeti, ali može li srce?

Lako ću nositi težak teret,

ali moja duša upija i osjeća snažno.

A ta bol više boli, ne mogu je skriti.

Imam snage u pokretima,

slabost u očima.

Izdaju me i glasno izgovaraju

što god šutim,

što god želim sakriti,

sve ono što ne govorim

jer sam previše ponosna.

Ali život je ples.

Ako ne znate korake,

nemate šanse.

Zato uhvatim ritam,

u tome leži sva mudrost.

Jedan korak lijevo, jedan korak desno,

život je ponekad mračan, a ponekad vedar.
