“The Cloud Covered the Sky”.. Heydayet Ullah Heydayet Khan

When the clouds covered the sky,
The rain begins to pour from afar of,
It got dark around the world under a seventh layer of sky,
Wishing you and I stay lonely under a roof.

A grey lining formed around the cloud,
The quiet moment usually turns into loud,
The multiple hue of the rainbow offering to rain tight,
The most beautiful sight we have sought.

This is a perfect time to love each other,
Love never harbour bitterness around the frontier,
The honies awaited to wash out the sour,
By raining, it's a better chance to make everything highier.

The cloud has covered the sunlight in a mid-day,
The swallows are flying low just above my head without a wish of die,
Although, the earth hasn't a wrinkled look to the sky,
People of the world are waiting to come on over the day.

We wish to keep on smiling the earth with the blooming success,
It becomes a lush garden of flowers to offer the love, peace and harmony,
All the creatures are ecstasied by divine prominence to access,
They grab the anticipations and ambitions to fill the heart's needs without any money.
