Barefoot towards the meadow.. Mence Kadinec
The morning sun
Tempted me,
The smell of the grass
Cheated me
The whisper of the birds
Called me,
The love of the meadow
Invited me …
So, I unplaited my hair,
Threw away my sandals
And just like that, just barefoot, barefoot,
Ran across the meadow
Enjoying the dew.
I barefoot
With unplaited hair,
And you my barefoot one
That brings me love
Towards the meadow
Our happiness spreads
Under the sunshine
The shiny sunrise,
The bright sky,
The grass with dew,
Brightness appeared,
Oh, love, love,
What should we do?
