وبمشاركة العديد من الفاعليات الدولية وسفراء السلام وقد تمحور الحديث حول فاعلية احلال السلام بجميع السبل المتاحة لذلك في اطار التعاون المشترك بين الدول وقد دعت الدكتورة تمارة إلى بذل الجهود لاجل تحقيق الغاية المرجوة من هذا المؤتمر المنعقد لأجل التسامح والسلام وقالت في كلمتها الملقاة في المؤتمر نحن هنا لاجل أن نتعاون يدا بيد لتحقيق هذه الاهداف المرجوة من هذا المؤتمر وهو دعوة للجميع للبحث في كل أشكال التضامن الدولي لخلق سبل التطوير ومناقشة الدراسات والبحوث الحديثة والمعاصرة التي سيقع طرحها ضمن فعاليات هذا المؤتمر وتعزيز قيم التسامح والسلام ونشر الوعي الثقافي الذي يسهم في خلق الفرص المتاحة لبناء بنية السلام وتخصيب الأرض الخصبة التي ستندرج عليها بذور التكامل وتظافر الجهود الأممية نحو احلال منطلق السلام وقد دع المشاركين في المؤتمر إلى الاسهام في خلق الظروف الملائمة لتفعيل الاهداف المرجوة من هذا المؤتمر على الصعد كافة لتحقيق قيم التسامح والسلام والاحترام المتبادل لتصبح عملا مؤسسيا مستداما و لاثراء قيم التسامح والتعايش المشترك عبر المنصات الإعلامية والرقمية المتنوعة من اجل تعزيز قيم التسامح الثقافي والديني والاجتماعي في الأسرة والمجتمع من خلال سن مجموعة من التشريعات والسياسات التي تسهم في تفعيل دور الشباب في صناعة السلام وتعزيز ثقافة التسامح مما له من تأثير في دور القضايا الحياتية المختلفة في مجالات عدة من تعليم وبيئة العمل بحفظ الكرامة الإنسانية وتحقيق الصداقة بين البشر على تنوع واختلاف أديانهم ومعتقداتهم وثقافاتهم ولغاتهم وهنا نفتح بابً لحوار الحضارات والثقافات و ووضع مبادئ اخلاقيات الاختلاف من اجل المعاملة بالمساواة بعيدا عن العقيدة أو العرق مما يفعل دور المجتمع وافراده والمراكز المجتمعية والمؤسسات المدنية التي تسعى إلى تعزيز قيم التسامح لترسيخ مبادئ التسامح والسلام من خلال تأسيس مجموعة من المبادرات والمشاريع الكبرى منها المساهمات البحثية والدراسات الاجتماعية لبناء جسور الثقة والسلام والتعايش المشترك مما يحقق أبعاد التسامح والتعايش السلمي الفكرية والفلسفية وفي ختام المؤتمر دع جميع المشاركين إلى توحيد الجهود للعمل على تطبيق محاور وأهداف المؤتمر كما نص عليه وقد دعت الدكتورة تمارة إلى وحدة الكلمة الثقافية التي تدعو إلى تعزيز قيم التسامح واحلال السلام وقد توجهت سيادتها بالشكر الجزيل لكل من شارك في هذا المؤتمر وسعى إلى نجاحه الرائع .
