أن رعاية السلام تحتاج لبذل الجهود الرامية لأجل احلال السلام ونشر تعاليم التسامح من خلال العمل على خلق بيئة مناسبة وفاعلة على أرض الواقع تتم من خلالها تعزيز ثقافة السلام فكل سلام يحتاج لحقوق السلام وتلك هي الثقافة الانسانية للانسان نعبر من خلالها في مؤتمرنا عن أحقية الشعوب في العيش بمحبة وتآلف ووئام بعيدا كل البعد عن أي نزاعات اخرى لا تخدم السلام في مد الجسور الواصلة بين المجتمعات كافة ولا بد لنا من تحقيق الغاية المرجوة من هذا الدور عبر نشر الوعي الثقافي الانساني لمبادئ وحقوق السلام فأحقية السلام تبدأ في التعايش السلمي المشترك بين أبناء الوطن الواحد اولا ثم التوحد مع الأوطان الأخرى في وحدة ملحمية ندعوها بأرض السلام ومن هذا المبدأ وذاك المنطلق علينا بتكثيف الجهود الدولية لخلق فرص تتيح لنا العمل على منهجية احلال السلام وهو الركيزة التي يرتكز عليها هذا المؤتمر الدولي الداعم من خلال تمحوره حول هذه النقاط الاساسية الداعمة له .
ومن أبرز أهداف المؤتمر :
تعزيز قيم التسامح والسلام والاحترام المتبادل لتصبح عملا مؤسسيا مستداما .
الانفتاح لدى مختلف شرائح المجتمع وتأصيل التعايش والسلام والتسامح.
التسامح الثقافي من خلال مجموعة من المبادرات المجتمعية والثقافية المختلفة .
اثراء قيم التسامح والتعايش المشترك عبر المنصات الإعلامية والرقمية المتنوعة .
طرح تشريعات وسياسات تهدف إلى تعزيز قيم التسامح والثقافي والديني والاجتماعي .
تعزيز خطاب التسامح وتقبل الآخر من خلال مبادرات إعلامية هادفة .
المعاملة بالمساواة بعيدا عن العقيدة أو العرق .
تفعيل دور المجتمع وافراده والمراكز المجتمعية والمؤسسات المدنية التي تسعى إلى تعزيز قيم التسامح .

تعزيز قيم التسامح الثقافي والديني والاجتماعي في الأسرة والمجتمع من خلال سن مجموعة من التشريعات والسياسات .

كيفية تعزيز مبادئ التعايش السلمي والاحترام المتبادل وتقبل الآخر وتفهمه .

دور القيادات الحكومية والدينية في إرساء قواعد التسامح والسلام وقضايا المساواة والعدل وغيرها، وتشمل جميع فئات المجتمع من نساء ورجال وشباب .
فتح باب حوار الحضارات والثقافات و ووضع مبادئ اخلاقيات الاختلاف .
دور الشباب في صناعة السلام وتعزيز ثقافة التسامح .
امكانية إدراج التسامح كمبدأ رسمي في دستور الدولة والحرص على سن التشريعات والقرارات والقوانين التي تجرم الكراهية وتكافح كافة أشكال التعصب والتمييز .
