A River's Plight.. Prasanna Bhatta

                     
 Never think :
 I loved, liked you & luxurianted in   
 you .
 Forever ,
 I like, love you and luxuriant in
 you. .

 You are not a key of life
 But the key of my life
 You are not part, a part of my life,
 You are the part of my life.

 Please, like me, love me &    
 luxuriant in me,
 Never limp me, loot me, lure me .
 Don't hate me in such a manner,
 People will call me a polluter .

 In the beginning where I rise ,
  you decorate me
  as holy and pious dear and
   debonair river  
  like a new bridegroom at home.

 In the end, why do you make me    
 as sinner and sinister  
 like an old inactive buffalo in the  
 cow shed room ??????

 Mix your sweatness with my
 sweetness and frankincense
 body,
 Dipping in my body as long as
 you are merry and cheery ,
 But don't insist on draining your country'spolluted drainage water,
 It gives me breathless fear
   &terror

  Pray and praise  me dear and
      dear in the  evening hours,
  Adoring me with praiseworthy
   words
  In the morning, throw your
  polluted ,hateful and
   dirty water  .
  That torments me with your  
  different behaviours.

 Sitting by my side in the evening
  hours for getting pleasure,
 Love story and love bond  
 become charming with cool air,
 You get relaxed and comfortable  
 having my zephyr ,
 Why do you throw the half burnt
  dead body of your relatives on
   me in fear.

 Though it gives me pang, pain &
  jeer,
 Indirectly, you declare yourself as
  destroyer
 Tearing my heart, I give you my
  nectar ,
  Fully  medicated & purified water make you cheery and merry.
 Drinking the nectar, you are in full
  of vigour, valour and vivacity

 Oh my dear and near,
 Never invite contaminant &
  adulterant ,dire & horror,
  They are always beside me to   
   enter.
  But daren't enter to touch my
    body,

  As I am always for you
  as pure as flower lily .
   If you like & love and
         respect & revere me, dear ,
 Dragons will  touch you never,
 never, not never & never.
