J. Priestly rejoiced at his golden creation,
Magical and miraculous is the gas oxygen,
Diminution detrimental, presence is heaven,
Colourless but colours creature’s life- wagon.

God’s great gift to cosmos is gracious air,
Nitrogen has lion’s and oxygen’s fare share,
Lifeline of industries, backbone of medicare,
Scientists will extract it from air with flair.

Panorama turned pastel during Covid pandemic,
Mortalities due to scarcity of oxygen was tragic,
Angels showed up serve needy with scent altruistic,
Countless loss of precious lives turned landscape horrific.

Deaths bereft of oxygen was to gift it on a platter,
Myriad flowers withered with gloom to scatter,
All must unite to enrich its procurement better,
Honchos must start plants for humanity to foster.
…
People fell like dry leaves of atumn tree,
Calamity didn’t spare from any coterie,
We must brace up to brave wave tertiary,
Vaccinate survivors with love like son of Marry.

For dying person oxygen is Abe Zam zam,
Gangajal, sanjivni, nectar and water sactum,
Imagine excruciating pain in soul’s magnum,
True homage to them is build vaccine’s vallum..
